Mohsep Marine Services specialises in the provision of underwater survey and inspection services for a variety of vessels, dock and lock structures, bridges, culverts, mooring systems, harbour and foreshore structures, marine cables and pipelines.

Throughout our history, we have achieved and maintained approval by all of the major classification societies for in water survey and diver services to ships and mobile offshore units.

Our ability to undertake professional in-water survey and inspection works, including damage inspections, intermediate docking surveys, pre-purchase examinations, marine fouling and paint coating appraisal has been relied upon by a large number of global and national shipping agents, management companies and vessel owners since our company’s inception.  More recently, we have built a valued client base within the Egypt’s maritime infrastructure, civil engineering and construction industries.

The equipment and services we offer include:

• Underwater closed circuit colour television with diver/supervisor voiceover recording facility
• Visual inspection
• Digital stills photography
• Non destructive testing (NDT) including ultrasonic digital thickness and magnetic particle inspection (MPI)
• Rubert comparator gauge surface roughness assessment
• Corrosion potential readings and analysis
• Standard survey equipment including graduated probes, range poles/telescopic staffs etc for scour and voiding surveys
• Seabed survey and bed material recovery services
